Heteromyza atricornis is the correct name? Thank you very much.
Slovak Republik, Terchová region on the Malá Fatra 27.10.2010.

Anthomyiidae. Perhaps Hydrophoria linogrisea.

I'd rather say Hylemya nigrimana (disc of scutellum seems bare, lower calypter not projecting beyond the upper one).
