Photos taken outside my apartment in Bodø, northern Norway 13.04.11. 2-3 mm bodylength. Could this be Opomyzidae?

Thanks. Is it possibly another species than Limnellia quadrata? Looks very similar to that from another thread (did not get any good photos, moved around all the time).
