Could someone help me identifying these Tephritid?
I think it's an Urophora.
The photo were made in Catalonia (NE Spain), in the Pyrennes, at cf. 2000m.

Urophora terebrans or U. solstitialis.
As I can see, the host plant is Onopordon sp., so I suggest Urophora terebrans Loew.
