Lasiomma.
But i have doubt between L.seminitidum of picipes
We can see one clear pd on the midtibia and some pv..or are they also pd ....
And we can't see the ventral hairs on the costa.
Did you collect this species?

No, I didn't catch it. We have lots of L. seminitidum. I'm used to seeing them with all-black frons - this must be a fresh one. Looking at all the photos I have, I'm fairly sure there's only one pd, so maybe it is L. picipes.

This is what I have been calling L. seminitidum. The two pds are usually equally strong and well-spaced.

I think there's just 1 pd on the midtibia in the first fly, so I'd vote for L. picipes too.

About the second picture:This one is indeed more likely to be L. seminitidum. I think I can see 3 pd on the mid tibia, as usual in this species.

Yes, you are right: two equal and parallel ones and one placed slightly more dorsally in the basal half. I've been looking through old photos and found another possible candidate for L. picipes. I'll try to collect some.
