I would guess Arctiidae. Not the best picture, but maybe possible still... I hope.

Could also be Aganaidae. But the antennae are more likely to place it in Arctiidae.

Hypsidae (Aganaidae) is an Old World group, I think it's some Arctiinae (a lot to choose from in genera with similar patterns: Ordishia, Amphelarctia, Glaucostola, Apyre, Ormetica) but maybe Notodontidae/Dioptinae (no good match in recent revision by Miller, though)
