Hello!

Together with other visitors there was this 3.5-4 mm fly on a banana bait in our garden yesterday (northwest Germany). Is it an Anthomyiid?

I think the little one might be Lasiomma.

Thanks, Stephen and Joke!

It seemed too small for the Lasiomma, I had seen recently. I even was not sure, whether it was an Anthomyiid.

Thank you, Joke. That specimen is indeed much smaller than the L. cf. seminitidum, I mostly watched recently.
