Is there more to tell about this fly.
Photo made yesterday in belgium.

I think it's a male Eudasyphora cyanella (Muscidae).

I have doubts : the bent of vein M seems to angular (and eyes seem bare); I'd rather say Calliphoridae, around Protophormia.

From the dutch forum I heard that the only spieces in the Netherlands is Protophormia terraenovae if it is the same for Belgium ??
But when I look on wikipedia then it looks like a lot the same.

Yes, that is the same in Belgium and Protophormia is pretty good in colder conditions, so that might be it.
