I think this 'golden dust' is part of fly, not some pollen. Body ~ 7-8 mm.

It's a Pollenia again with a lot more curly, golden hairs :)

Edit: looked again think not, the rear pattern differs, I think.

Hmm, as you say , the dust that I observed on fly thorax, was once on its thorax hairs ?

Impossible to say species from photos - all the features like abdomen dusting are variable and the golden hairs can be more or less on individuals :) The golden hairs are usually thick when fresh but they rub off very easily and leave behind a mainly black/grey thorax with some faint traces of hairs scattered where they remain.
