Pollenia spp. (Calliphoridae) - from the golden hairs on the thorax :)

Well,
Pollenia are difficult because the hairs get rubbed off easily with age - on yours the hairs are just visible but it is almost bald ;) The majority of hairs are towards the scutellum on your fly but there is a light scattering across the top too :)
