Hi, am I right with Pediciidae? Body around 15 mms. Thanks in advance!

No, pediciids have crossvein sc2 basal to origin of vein Rs. This is a male limoniid (Limoniidae). Probably
Hexatoma sp. or close relative....

Most probably
Prionolabis hospes (Egger, 1863) (formerly
P. platyptera (Macquart, 1834)), with micropterous females.
