Indeed Anthomyiidae.
Looks like the common Lasiomma sp., but can't give any certainty.

Because of the wind the photo is not so good!
Will it help to have other pictures, but they are more bad than this one...

Hello Joke,

Infact I have only one other picture, of the back and maybe the frame-work pattern will make it a certain Lasiomma spec....? :)

It's not so much to see at the photo, but in real it was a very beautiful little fly with the red eyes.
