Yes
I have done as bit more research on this genus and there are 3 species in the UK, this one I think is a male Morellia aenescens, although perhaps someone would like to confirm it for me

With the strongly bent t3,
Morellia aenescens is confirmed.

Yes but only in the male, the female has a much straighter t3, if I've understood correctly!
