Rhamphomyia cf. is the correct name? Thank you very much.

Yes, it is Rhamphomyia and might belong somewhere near dentata and pilifer, but I cannot put a name on this one. The genitalia do not show enough detail about the shape of the lamellae and the aedeagus.
