Hi Elisabeth,
My guess would be
Eudasyphora cyanicolor, a female. The one next to it could be Neomyia.

Yes you are right I can see that there are differences in wing venation with presutural ac= 0, postsutural ac = 2 and postsutural ac= 4
May I ask how you can tell it's not Eudasyphora cyanella (Meigen, 1826)?

I may be wrong, but I don't think the scutum of
E. cyanella is ever this dark blue. Usually greenish blue. Stephane will tell us if this is wrong ;)
