I think I need not say that I identifications I have no idea. but looking at the gallery of diptera, I find it very similar to those

Is 13 to 15 mm (Had written of 1.3 to 1.5 mm :S ), and, like many other insects that taking pictures was sunning on the logs that limit the paths of the wetland.
