One would need to run the actual specimen through a key. The pictures will not suffice. Even with the specimen there is the chance that ID will not be certain as it appears to be a female and that might prove to be tricky.

Tachydromia arrogans :D

"No doubt the species is Tachydromia arrogans (Linné) of the family Hybotidae. Not yet recorded from Portugal "

Well, if he says so. I would say that it is rather risky to put a species name on it with at least several undescribed species known from the Mediterranean. Unless, of course, you sent him specimens. ;)
