Maybe it is Coenosia, Anthomyiidae (Anthomyzidae is another family!)

Don't you mean
Hylemya in Anthomyiidae? (
Coenosia is in Muscidae).

A very fresh Hylemya vagans female.
Not fully on color yet....
Differents between H.nigrimana (fore femur whole yellow)...H.vagans (fore femur infuscated posterior)
