Hello,
is this Dioxyna bidentis? The photo is from last july from switzerland (about 1500m height). Lenght was about 5mm.

Dioxyna bidentis should only be half the size.

Campiglossa loewiana (Hendel, 1927). Please submit it to the gallery; as I remember, this species has not been represented yet.

Thank you both for your answers. Fine to have found something special. There are already several photo of this species in the gallery. So I think a submission is not necessary.
