After more resarch I found this must be
Coenosia tigrina itself and not another member of the group. Two other species are known from North America. The three species can be distinguished by color.
C. humilis has all dark femora in both sexes.
C. attenuata females have dark femora and are distinctly smaller.
C. attenuata males have pale femora.
All are believed to be introduced from Europe, probably in soil.
