Another minute Brachycera on an umbelliferous plant. Any idea what this could be?

I'm not sure, but it looks rather like some
Leucopis species (Chamaemyidae)

Not
Leucopis, too many strong setae on the head. No clear idea to what it might be then, though.

Paul, is family Chamaemyidae OK, or this fly not being Leucopis, it is also unlikely to belong to Chamaemyidae.

I personally could not vouch for Chamaemyiidae either...

This really looks like one of the Ephydridae flies that Nikita posted recently.
