Paul, is this not a O. morrisii? A pity I cannot compare it with specimens in my collection

I only have really my doubts because of its legs. Has only the 3rd femur a black spot?

I cannot confirm
morrisii on account of the leg colour (fore tibiae are darkened in that species). It is not one of the other species described in Rozkosny's monograph so perhaps one of the later described species or perhaps even new. Do you have a specimen?

I took one photo and then collected and gave it to Jorge Almeida but he had trouble when changing it from the recipient it was to his recipient...

I'd say the first one is female O. morrisii, but the second one keys out to germanica.

Very nice addition and clearly morrisii. The leg colouration is probably variable.

Do you still have the specimens (s) ? Could we run a leg for DNA?

I will spend about a week at this small village for holidays so I will try to collect it for you...
You need O. morrissi only or germanica and pardalina (https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=24087) also?
You're also wellcome to visit us, it is 1500 mts and very fresh in augoust...
