Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Muscidae with white face?

This one looks like a Muscidae to me, quite distinctive with that white "face". About 4 mm long, photographed in thick vegetation on the banks of a small stream near Rome, Italy.

This has the look of a Limnophora, but Kahis may be able to give a better ID.
