Platypezidae...I'll leave the rest to someone who knows ;)...Maybe Callomyia...

For sure a Callomyiinae. But I am not able to see enough details. Possible a specialist will be able to say which species just by its general appearance.

Here is a second image.

Looking at the gallery it seems most similar to either Callomyia dives or C. speciosa.

Given the clarity of the wings I would say speciosa, because dives has more brownish wings, but I'd rather wait for a specialist before putting a definite species to this fly
