Gerard Pennards pointed me towards Muscidae - I hadn't expected that. Is genus (or more...) ID possible?
Eastern Turkey, province of Van, ca 2000 m alt in mountainous landscape. At moist soil at bank of fast flowing small river - probably melting water.
