It's a Muscid, there is no bend in vein M.
It is actually a quite common Muscid, but since I'm not in Muscidae, hope someone else can be of help.
There is a similar coloured Tachinid, Erycilla ferruginea.
So the mistake is understandable.

Phaonia (
cf. angelicae?). It is also very common from spring to autumn on every flower here in Germany.
