Found 12-12-2010. 2mm. In vegetation shoreline river Rhine, Netherlands. Is this a Philygria interstincta (Ephydridae)?

I'm not an expert of Shore flies but it is very difficult to see the characters of the genus level ;)

I think it is Limnellia quadrata - wings spotted, face with setae directed downwardly,:)
