Size 6.5mm.
It looks like a strange Pherbellia sp. to me, but I'm not sure...

Dima, where do you always find interesting flies?
I think that this very fly was among material you gave my last week. And exactly today evening I began to ID its and find this strange Pherbellia-like Sciomyzidae.
It is Sciomyza!
Sciomyza simplex, according my key not at all a common species!

Oh, that was really fast, many thanks Nikita :) - keeping my eyes open (and glasses clean ;) ) - it's almost the same place where Opomyza nigriventris was found.
