And a third one. Same specimen as the second. The first is another specimen but I am almost sure it is the same species.

I agree with the second, if I hadn't read the comment that the first one was a different fly I was thinking I was seeing things wrong.
I think the first is
Melanostoma scalare, the spots have a different shape at the edge and the face looks dusted.
Now see if Andre agrees! ;)
