This photo was taken on 17th September 2006 in V?lega - PORTUGAL.

Very tiny fly. Hybotidae fly?

Hi Jorge,

I think this one belongs to the family Chloropidae, but I can't see enough details to be sure.

Gives the impresiion of Cetema of the Chloropidae.
