What about these small diptera, about 2 mm, found at home. Guidonia - Rome - Italy - 26.10.2010. Thanks in advance. Regards Claudio

It looks like the wings are hairy which suggests. Trichosia or Sciara depending on whose classification you follow, but I'm not at all sure.

Unlikely to be either, since they are mostly wood-breeding (and unlikely to be found indoors). It is the setae on the veins (not the wing) which determines if it is either of these genera. This is much more likely to be a Lycoriella, as these commonly breed in potted plants, but not possible to say for sure at the scale of the photo.
