Thanks for reply. I found in Veen's key about Ch. bergenstammi:
1. Eyes: hairs all white to pale brown
I see black
2. bristles at hind margin scutellum black or black and yellow
I don't see black bristles, only yellow. I thought about its rather as long hairs, not bristles but I'm not sure in this case.
3. tarsae: most segments pale
I see all dark
Are you sure it's Ch. bergenstammi?

No, I am not sure, because I see those 'missing details' as well.
Cheilosia species are very variable in many cases.
But it is certainly not
chloris.
Cheilosia are difficult to ID from pics.
Sorry, with my 'I would say' I should have said, that I am not certain of this ID.
If you caught it, I will be happy to ID it for you!

Thanks, I have only this one photo, no specimen, so it should stay Cheilosia sp.
