7mm Arncliffe N Yorkshire 5 August 2009.

I saw these two in the same place 30 minutes apart. Using Stubbs and Falk the male comes out as S. pyrastri but the female (slightly larger) seems to fit S. selenitica (though without the 'usual' black ring on the hind tibia). Is this right, or are they both the same species?

Thanks Menno. I see very few of these here, so it seemed too good to be true to find two different species in half an hour.
