Hello

I think of Beris with a scutellum of four spines. I have the second specimen which are very damaged with five spines.
I find geniculata.
Size 6,5 mm.

No, it is not geniculata; Geniculata has yellow knees. I think it is fuscipes. The legs are very dark, except the bases of the femora.
Do you have a good dorsal photo of the fly?

Difficult to make a good photo with the reflections.

It is weird, I cannot see well the gap between the eyes. But, again, given the legs, it is fuscipes.
