Would also be nice to see the scutellar bristles a bit better - as many angles as possible please - but that isn't the face of a
Campylochaeta :)

An old ID-book for flies tells me that the bodylength of Meigenia is from 4,0 till 7,5 mm. My species is much bigger. It's 9,7 mm. Is the genus correct?

Hmm, interesting - if I try to key it then I quickly get into species that I am not familiar with (eg.
Hemimacquartia paradoxa ) so I am not sure :)
