Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Musca autumnalis again?

Hello!

Normally I'd say this is Musca autumnalis, but the fly was rather tiny for this species (5-6 mm I think). Photos taken on August-31 here in Ostwestfalen/Germany.

Well, I would agree with M. autumnalis.
But maybe some Muscid-expert knows of more species ?

Agree M. autumnalis - 6mm is not too small for a small one!

Many thanks! There were more of them, mostly smaller than the ones I remember from last year. Maybe because of the cold August (?).
