This was seen last week at Rye Harbour. Sorry about the poor quality of the images. While I know it is usually not possible to be sure from a photo, this looks a lot like
A. rusticus to me (dark femora, what looks like four stripes on the abdomen and perhaps hairless eyes, though this latter may be wishful thinking)

From these picturs, it could be eithe rusticus or latistriatus.
