I am not an expert, but my guesses are that the top image shows a spider belonging to the Araneidae family, the lower is a likely Clubionidae.

Clubionidae is correct. The genus
Clubiona contains many similar species without distinctive markings, but most such reddish individuals belong to
Clubiona reclusa, a very common species.
The other spider in my opinion more likely belongs to the familiy Theridiidae (scaffold web spiders). But without seeing the upperside of the opisthosoma (abdomen) this cannot be decided for sure. The small size and yellow colouring could possibly indicate the tiny species
Paidiscura pallens (formerly
Theridion p.). These are very abundant on leaves of trees in the moment.
