Looks like
Notiphila brunnipes in the Gallery.
http://www.dipter...to_id=3882 but slightly different colour around the mouth, feet are different colour too, as is antennae colouring. Other than that..:S..So not that one, but somewhere in the vicinity..:|...
Notiphila sp. whatever.
