Look my one has much smaller eyes. I wa thinking about your suggestion as well but eyes are different.

I photographed 2 of them male, female, and even body size differs: 5-9 mm.

Are you sure the smaller one wasn't Microchrysa sp.? We have both Chrysomyia [EDIT Sorry, meant to write Chloromyia!] and Microchrysa here, and apart from the size they are not too dissimilar.
