can anyone suggest a species this Tephritidae?
I take the photo on 12 July 2010 Kokkola Finland.

Again, the so-called "dark form" of [Terellia ruficauda], which is obviously a separate unnamed species, which is prepared for publication by Severin.

Terellia ruficauda (Fabricius, 1794)

OK, you are right... This is an unnamed species so far...
