Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Stratiomyidae - Stratiomys singularior male?

Hi,

can aynone help me put a name to this fly?
After comparing photographs, I found Stratiomys singularior very similar.

Hamburg, Germany, next to a pond, length approx 11 mm, 04-July-2010
