Hi.
While sorting material from a very nice site I came across this fly? I suspect it belongs to a species new to Finland, but I'd prefer a second (and a third etc.) opinion since these flies are not my field:
Prosternum bare, tibia 2 with one ventroapical spur. The costa has 'comb' of very short setae, barely longer than the normal costal setulae.
