When i take a good look, i think i can see some little hairs between the notopleurals + 1av on t2 + 2-3av on the hindtibia and arista short haired.......
Could be Zaphe cf. caudata
So a crop of the area from the notopleurals would be nice..

Thanks Joke :)
I can add that it was found on rocks in a pond. Not very small, 5-7 mm maybe?
Is this good enough?

There are hairs present!
Possible species left are Z.caudata / ambigua
According to Hennig the differents between those two species, is the present of pv setea on hindtibia.
I can see 3 pv setae on hindfemur.
Ackland makes also a mention about longer haired arista at Z.ambigua (on first photo we can see the arista relative long haired)
So i would say:
Zaphne ambigua!
Nice!
