Hi,
I would have thought that even someone like me could identify this pretty little fly.
But it looks like I need your help yet again.

Ulidiidae;
Melieria sp. similar to

No, you ain't. I know at least two very best experts in the Tephritoidea who confessed they started their scientific career from attempts to ID sciomyzids or ulidiids with the key to Tephritidae species. The third was I myself. B)
