Can anyone suggest a species this fly?
I take the photo on 26.5.2010 Kokkola Finland

I am almost sure it is the Alliopsis silvestris (Anthomyiidae)
I just can't see the long pv seta on the mid of the hindtibia....to be 100% sure :)
