This 2 mm long fly was on Betula close to a lake. Is it a Anthomyiid? Is it possible to get a genus?

Hi Kurt
Don't know if I am right or not, but it looks very similar to the Scathophagidae Nanna fasciata in the latest additions to the Gallery in the left column at the moment. Maybe Nanna sp.?
