are these wery large Phoridae member of Megaselia maybe ? May 12.2 2010 Helsinki, Finland.

No, this one is a Diplonevra male.

This small genus (not in size but in the amount of species) is not as horribly challenging as Megaselia is with its hundreds of species. Yet, some important characters according to Disney (1983) are hidden in the male hind trochanter, not visible in photos, but the hind leg should be detached.
