I've come to P. cursitans, but M1+2 and R4+5 parallel as it has to be in case of P. verralli.

Definitely tywo different species. The antennal and leg colours are different.

With never enough details visible on pictured Platypalpus (that is virtually impossible) I will only seldom put a name on a pictured specimen. I would need to see the fly for that.
