Only one shot before it flew, so not enough to get far with the key, I'm hoping someone will recognise it. I've probably seen about 4 or 5 of these over the last few days - rather small with reddish eyes and orange scutellum, but so far not managed a useful photo.

If the tibia is really reddish, it should be Carcelia indeed.
No hope then to get to species level.
