body mybe 6-7 mm. Found a few specimens , all attached to differnt specieses of rare flowers emerging after snow melted.

Not a wild bee, it's a Sawfly. :)

Gogglig , by sight tells me it could be Arge berberidis or
Monophadnus sp., wich is more likely as all the rest except this specimen was found on Helleborus plant. That info connected to very reliable site:
